True Dreams started in 2013. We began operating as a wedding gifts/favours company. We added chair/table cover hire, table decorations, then full venue decoration, photography, hairdresser and makeup artist, dresses and much more….
Based in Cardiff, we cover weddings and events in surrounded areas . If further afield please get in touch as I am pretty flexible.
